1. RTV silicone rubber (Room Temperature Vulcanized Silicone Rubber) can be cured at room temperature, then treated in 50~100°C and humidified oven for 4~8 hours to get rid of low molecular weight and fully cure to ensure the performance of the adhesive.
2. After the product is used, the hose should be tightly closed and can be stored for reuse.
3. When the product is potted, the thickness of one-time stacking should not be too large. If ≥ 3mm, the method of gradual vulcanization by layered watering can be adopted. The larger the glue liquid stacking thickness is, the longer the complete curing time is.
